I just started with this company about a month ago, and I must say the leads have already been screened and are ready to work with an agent. The staff usually checks in once a week to see how things are going, and they answer all questions that you may be concerned about. I am happy that I joined this referral company. Realtor uplift has been a good company up to now leads come in often they all have good returns on them. The staff is very acceptable to take off the bad leads from the yearly quota. Would recommend this to anybody looking to grow their business.
