Refund Policy
Effective for 60 days from the date of your Referral Agreement execution
This Refund Policy covers the sign-up fee under the Referral Agreement with Realtor Uplift and is valid for 60 days from the date of agreement execution.
Refunds apply only to annual referral-based plans (e.g., the Diamond Plan).
One-Time lead-generation plans (Silver, Gold, Brokerage) are final and non-refundable , and are not eligible for Dispute or Chargeback.
All approved refunds will have a minimum 15% deduction for merchant and administrative costs before processing.
Refund Eligibility
Eligibility is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the original purchase agreement:
Non-Exclusivity of Leads
Realtor Uplift strives to provide exclusive leads whenever possible. These leads are assigned to a single agent or broker and are not shared within the network, ensuring fair opportunity and reduced competition. Each exclusive lead is verified for accuracy and relevance before distribution, allowing agents to focus on quality engagement and higher conversion potential.
Failure to Provide Leads
In the event that Realtor Uplift fails to deliver any leads to the agent/broker as stipulated.
Lead's Reluctance to Engage
If the lead(s) demonstrates unwillingness to participate in business activities within 9 months from assignment.
Pre-existing Contract
If the lead provided is already under contract with the agent/broker at time of assignment.
Non-Responsiveness
If the lead(s) remains unresponsive for 10 continuous working days.
Leads Outside Preferred Location
Should the Agent/Broker opt to receive leads from zip codes/areas outside of their preferred location, such leads shall be considered part of their monthly allocation and ineligible for refund or replacement. Acceptance of a lead renders the Agent/Broker ineligible to file a dispute or claim a chargeback. Acceptance is confirmed when the lead is received without objections within 48 hours.
Refund Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Realtor Uplift within the permissible period, as defined under the Refund Eligibility and Limitations clause. The request must state the reason and include any relevant evidence.
Upon submission, the Agent/Broker shall allow a one-month period for remediation through lead replacement or service correction. A refund shall only be considered if remediation is unsuccessful and the claim qualifies under the pre-established refund terms.
Any request made without following this procedure shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
Timely Reporting
It is incumbent upon the agent/broker to dispatch the reminder or report concerns related to lead replacement to Realtor Uplift within 48 hours from acceptance of the referral. Failure to comply renders leads satisfactory and ineligible for replacement or refund.
Agreement Requirement
Eligibility for a refund is contingent upon signing the agreement. Without a signed agreement, the refund policy does not apply.
This Refund Policy takes effect as of the date of your Referral Agreement execution and supersedes all prior versions. By accepting the Referral Agreement with Realtor Uplift, you acknowledge and consent to adhere to the terms outlined herein.
