Bill joined National Land Realty in April 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from a distinguished 30-year career in real estate management. Before this role, Bill spent 17 years at Fogelman Properties in Memphis, Tennessee. His educational background is stellar, holding dual bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Economics and Real Estate/Mortgage Finance from Mississippi State University.
Bill is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), which underscores his leadership in the industry. His past accolades include serving as President of the IREM Memphis Chapter in 2007 and earning the title of Regional Vice President of the Year at Fogelman Properties in 2015.
Beyond his professional achievements, Bill is actively involved in organizations aligned with his interests, such as the National Wild Turkey Federation and Ducks Unlimited. He also enjoys recreational activities like hunting, farming, golfing, and supporting Mississippi State athletics. Bill resides in Collierville, TN, with his wife Kerri.
Bill’s service areas include Shelby, Fayette, and Hardeman counties in West Tennessee, as well as Desoto, Marshall, Benton, and Tippah counties in North Mississippi.
